A: Evay ships their products using USPS or UPS Ground. If you would like to receive your item faster, please contact us before orderings. Our free shipping promotion is only valid on UPS Ground and USPS services. Rish services will cost additional.

Q: Does Evay Ship Internationally?

A: Yes, Evay ships internationally to almost every country. Before ordering, please contact us via email for a customized shipping quote. Shipping prices are based upon the amount of goods ordered, the weight and price of each of the items. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Q: What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

A: Evay accepts all major US credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex).

Q: What Is Your Return Period?

A: Evay offers a 10-day return period for all new, unused products. Returns must have the original packing slip or invoice and a RMA (return material authorization number). To obtain an RMA number, please contact customer service.

Q: Can I Visit The Evay Shop?

A: Sure! We welcome visits to our shop. Stop by and visit us at 1465 Albany Avenue, Hartford, CT 06112 during normal business hours. Please remember, we are closed on Monday's.

A: Evay is proud to offer their own natural skin care line of products, now available for sale both online and in-store. Our natural skin care line is manufactured, bottled and packaged in Connecticut, USA.
